A Forever Family

What a beautiful weekend! One that I will never forget. It was emotional and joyful and wonderful in every way! I am so thankful to my Heavenly Father for my many blessings, especially my family!

I am so glad that all my family made such amazing efforts to be here to support Jed! It made this weekend so much more special sharring it with all those I love! Thanks to all of you!

Jed loves to cuddle! Especially with his personal babysitter Grandma!
(Thanks for all your help mom, this weekend and always!)

Grandma loves her babies!

All the men in the family!

You are never to old to enjoy a toy!
Just a note to Susan and Julie. Thanks so much for helping with the dinner!
If anybody has any good pictures of this weekend, can you get me copies? All mine turned out fuzzy! These are the only good ones I have and I am missing so many people! Thanks!

Happy Holidays

Now that the holidays are over it is fun to look back on the pictures and remember all the fun we had! We spent Christmas Eve with my side of the family. We dipped chocolates and Reese and Kira were very proud of the mess they made. It was very fun, yummy, and messy! We also sang songs, had a mini-piano recital, exchanged gifts and read the Nativity story out of Luke. It was a great evening!

Grandpa and Jed were having a great time talking to each other! Jed's favorite part about the gifts was of course the wrapping paper! He thrashed around in it and tried to eat it and really enjoyed himself!

We spent Christmas Day with Tom's family and had a really nice dinner and gift exchange! The kids also got in some very fun sledding!
Reese is playing a game of chicken with the oncoming sled pulled by a 4-wheeler! He definitely is a tease with a big sense of adventure!

Rene was all set for a winter adventure! He even put on a coat! (Which if you know Rene, you know this rarely happens!)

If the babies get much bigger we will have to start taking our pictures sitting down! Jed and Emily are growing so fast!

They are both so adorable! I was practicing up for a set of twins!

I thought it would be fun to remember that Jed was about the same size as his stocking on his first Christmas! Grandma Witters made this stocking and it looks great! Thanks Grandma! I could go on posting pictures but I think I will stop there! I hope your holidays were also filled with love and happiness! We are looking forward to January 24, and seeing all of you! Hopefully my next blog will be about that wonderful weekend!
