The Frog

The frog that haunts Ashley's dreams! Chelsey, Tom caught this for you! We are all obsessed with him!

"Double O" Reese is sleeping at the ready here. You can never be to careful! We went to check on Reese before we hit the sack, and cracked up at this. We had to take a picture!

Seattle

Of course I put my pictures on backwards again so you are viewing out trip in reverse! We had so much fun! On Friday we flew in and Kristen picked us up from the airport. We went home and let the dramamine wear off and waited for Cory to get home. Then we went into Seattle and visited the space needle and the aquarium. The kids loved the aquarium, especially touching everything. We had a fun dinner at Ivars then went home and crashed! The next day was the zoo. This was probably everybody's favorite. We got an early start, so we hit all the animals as they were waking up and really active. We couldn't hardly tear Tom away from the grizzly bears! Of course the bird feeding was a huge hit! Notice who my little buddy was! Thanks for warming him up for me Ashley and Grandma! Kristen packed us an awesome picnic that we enjoyed and we were able to stay for the whole day and see all of the zoo. We went home after that and had a camp fire with hotdogs and smores. On Sunday we had a great Father's day breakfast of crepes, and then went to church. After church Cory fixed his famous Dutch Oven. About this time I decided I needed an extra day so Tom flew home and me and the kids stayed Monday and went to Pikes Market. That was crazy and very fun. It was a great trip. Thank you Cory Kristen and Mitchel!

Happy Birthday Kira

What a fun weekend! Thank you to all who came and supported Kira on her special day! We kicked of this gorgeous day with a spectacular BBQ! We played and visited and ate!! and then we had cake and opened presents. Kira recieved several books to read this summer, a new slip-and-slide, a journal (that she has already written in!) a beautiful picture to hang on her wall, a bracelet, a ten dollar bill, and her very own scriptures. What a lucky girl. We went to the church where Kira was able to get baptized by her daddy, not once but twice! She was confirmed right after and then we came home and did the mandatory photo shoot followed by ice-cream sundaes. Yum. We also played football and basketball, and just generally had a great time! These pictures are not in order because I am still trying to get the hang of this blogging thing!
